Peanut Butter & Cranberry Jelly
Ingredients
- 12 slices bread
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Boil the cranberries in orange juice for 5 minutes; add sugar and zest, let cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Toast the baguette slices. Spread peanut butter, cranberry jelly on the bread, then top with a sprinkle of peanuts.
