Peel ginger radix and cut into thin slices. Put into a tea-ball or single-serving tea filter, add spices for mulled wine and close it. Cook up spices with cranberry juice, orange juice and sugar, remove from stove and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Wash kumquats and cut into slices. Incise cranberries deeply, moisturize, roll in sugar and put on seam of punch glasses. Alternative put cranberries on cocktail sticks and drape on top of glasses.
Pour hot cranberry punch into prepared glasses. Add some kumquat slices and one cinnamon bark for stirring in each glass.
