Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, eggs, sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk together until well combined.
Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Fold in the cranberries and walnuts.
Using a cookie scoop or heaping tablespoon, portion the dough onto the baking sheets. Press down with a fork in a criss cross pattern.
Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F, until the edges are turning a light golden brown.
