Cranberry Marinade
- 1 c. cranberry juice
- 1/4 c. heated honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4-5 dashes hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk until well combined.
Place into a ziplock bag (reserving a quarter cup for later)
Place your desired meat, fish, poultry or vegetables into the bag with the marinade for at least 1 hour.
Once cooked, you can brush the reserved marinade on meat, fish, poultry or vegetables for an added zing.
