Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients for Cranberry Glazed Pork Roast
- 4 lbs. pork loin roast
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 T dry sherry
- 1 16-oz can whole cranberry sauce

Directions
- In small saucepan stir together all ingredients except pork. Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened; set aside. Set roast in shallow baking dish. Roast at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup glaze over roast and continue roasting for 45 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serve with remaining sauce.
