Cranberry Bites and Foie-gras
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup filo dough
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup foie-gras
- 2 cups fresh figs
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180 C.
- Spread a sheet of filo dough, brush butter evenly. Repeat until you have six sheets.
- Cut 10cm x 10cm squares and then cut them into triangles; bake on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Fill a small icing bag with foie-gras, cover the triangles, and garnish with a slice of fresh fig and cranberries.
