- 4 nips Frangelico
- 4 nips Havana Rum
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- 120ml cranberry juice
- 240ml sugar syrup
- 12 raspberries
- 4 scoops of ice

Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in 4 chilled martini glasses garnished with loose cranberries & raspberries on the top.
- Serve with lime wedges on the rim of the glasses.
