The Cranberry Marketing Committee is a proud sponsor of this year's National Festival of Breads presented by the Kansas Wheat Commission along with King Arthur Flour and Fleischmann's Yeast. As part of our overall sponsorship, the CMC created the "Cranberry Award" for the best baked item entered that utilized cranberry. In addition to the "Cranberry Award" winner, one of this years finalists in the Ethnic Bread category utilized cranberries, as well as an honorable mention recipient. Results and recipes will be shared following the conclusion of the 2011 Festival.

The Cranberry Marketing Committee will represent US Cranberries at one of the most highly regarded food festivals in the world, the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. At the festival the CMC will have a booth where our signature 'Cranberry Pesto Goat Cheese Crostini' will be served to tasting tent patrons, along with its recipe card, over the three days.

The Cranberry Marketing Committee will support its partner in education, the National Kidney Foundation, at their annual Spring Clinical Meeting. The CMC will have a presence in the exhibit hall distributing an array of cranberry products and information, and are also providing cranberry products to participants in their gift bags and at coffee breaks!
